Family Forum - Dungarvan (CDNT 6)

Dear Parent/ Guardian
We invite you to a meeting of the Network 6 Dungarvan Children's Disability Network Team Family Forum.
The family forum will be held:

On Friday March 28th 2025
At 10.30 am to 12 .30
In St John's Pastoral Centre, John's Hill, Waterford, X91 HW9D

This is your chance to work with other families to establish support networks and develop ideas about services for children with complex disabilities.
The agenda for this meeting, as agreed with your family reps, will be:
10.30- 12.00 Meeting

• The Family Reps and Peggyann will give an update on things which have been in place recently
• CON M will give a brief update on services locally, regionally and nationally as relevant.
• Presentation on Waterford Sports Partnership by a member of the team.
• Looking ahead - new ideas, other people who can give presentations etc.

12.00 - 12.30 Coffee and time to chat with each other
